Held in August 2024, the practice program organized by eConfaire Immersive Design accommodated six students from the “Stefan cel Mare” University of Suceava, “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and Politehnica University of Bucharest, at the eConfaire headquarters in Suceava and Bucharest.
Under the guidance of eConfaire specialists, the students had the opportunity to learn how to design and implement innovative IT&C solutions and explore cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to stay connected to industry trends and transformations.
During the practice program, the students realized a project consisting of developing a software application to enhance their creativity and technical skills. The application, designed for human resources management, provided multiple functionalities, including assessing employees’ competencies by analyzing complex data sets.
The students were mentored by eConfaire specialists in this project and had access to the necessary digital tools to complete all the creative steps: design, code writing, and testing. After four weeks, they successfully completed the software application development. Their approach to each stage reflects their ability to manage complex tasks and highlights their outstanding planning, design, and JavaScript programming skills.
In the end, the students’ feedback confirms that the practice program organized by eConfaire Immersive Design succeeded in providing them with a valuable and memorable learning experience. They appreciated most of all the fact that they learned how to combine several technologies, such as HTML, CSS, ReactJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB, but also the fact that they were supported by their mentors throughout the whole software development process.
The valuable feedback received from the students was a source of joy for the eConfaire team. The team will continue to provide professional development opportunities for young students and thus contribute to their training as specialists in technology and innovative software development.
